As a team, it is important to always work together. Even if the other person is not doing their job, you can be the guard rail to gently lead them back on track. It can be done in numerous ways:
Always communicate with your team members.
Ask & Listen to their reasons for not completing tasks.
Communicate with your supervisor to express your concerns.
Take time to learn why your team is not working to their highest potential.
Build empathy & compassion toward others.
If you do not feel like the problem has been resolved or progressing in an orderly fashion, report to your management. Just like the activities we completed in the training, communicate, listen and work together.
