Why kids want to die.
FACT: Suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death for young people ages 15-24.
Why do our young people want to die more than live?
1 out of 4 females will experience domestic violence in their lifetime.
How could that child want to end their life?
Some young people feel belittled, hopeless & that their only option is to end their lives.
It is NOT okay to bully, scream or hurt a CHILD!
When will we, as adults, start creating a safe environment so our young people can share their true feelings without judgment?
My heart breaks for youth I work with & have seen over the last 17 years.
Humans, especially young people deserve respect, unconditional love & acceptance.
And if you are an adult that was abused, that child in front of you is NOT your punching bag. Get therapy & resolve your issues.
