How can I pray for you?

Instead of giving people the power to get you angry, ask them:  "How can I pray for you?"
In my book, Let your lessons become your blessings I tell a story of my son.
He rushed to the car when picking him up from school shouting, "I did what you told me mama!"
A little frightened, I hestitantly asked "What is that?"
Excitedly he said "The school bully came up to me, put his hand up like he was going to hit me, and I said it!"
"What did you say?" I asked.
"Well, I first asked 'How can I pray for you?' then I added 'because you seem pretty miserable!"

Isn't that the truth?  Hurting people....hurt people!
Misery loves company!
The next time someone gets on your last nerve, ask them how you can pray for them.
You may just be surprised at what that person responds back with.

For my son, the bully got confused and walked away!
Thank God! :)
Hopeful 4 u-Tina
